Decalog is a rare wand-type weapon found only in Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst.
These two stone tablets are based on the real world Ten Commandments, with "deca-" meaning ten in Latin, and a "log" being a record. When its special attack is used, the Decalog will randomly cast either a low level Shifta or Deband at the cost of no TP.
Decalog can only be acquired by completing the Dangerous Deal with Black Paper 2 quest.
