Drag Rappy is an exclusive seasonal rappy that can only be encountered in the Southeast Asian version of Phantasy Star Online 2.
It has a chance of appearing in any area during the Chinese New Year and Lunar New Year seasonal events.

Drag Rappy is very similar in design to the non-seasonal variety of Rappy seen in Phantasy Star Online 2 and the rappy species in general from the Phantasy Star franchise. It is a Rappy which has donned a dragon-themed costume in order to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Drag Rappy has light orange down which covers its body, a white underbelly, and white patches around its large teal eyes. Above each eye patch is red eyeliner painted around it which gets thicker at the edges.
On its head, the rappy wears a hat in the shape of the upper half of a dragon's head, the teeth of which appear as if they are chomping on the top of the bird's head. The dragon decoration wraps itself around the rappy's neck which gives it the appearance of a necklace. Drag Rappy wears dragon claws at the ends of its wings and on its feet. On each shoulder, the rappy has a decorative, golden dragon wing that has three wavy curves.

Drag Rappy, much like rappy in general, are friendly creatures that enjoy passing time socializing with fellow rappy and bonding by singing songs. It is worth noting that only the chibi-styled rappies do not attack. Nab Rappy, however, are known to aggressively defend their territory from hunters. If there are no threats nearby, Drag Rappy puff up their feathers and fall asleep on the spot until something exciting happens. Upon waking up, they will chirp before lifting themselves up and flapping their wings.
When they notice a hunter in the area, Drag Rappy will occasionally strafe from side to side as if apprehensive before attempting to sing and play with their new friend. As a result of this friendly demeanor, Drag Rappy are casually beaten and easily defeated for their items.
Being the cowards they are, upon having their health exhausted, the small birds will make an anguished chirp before falling to the ground and pretending to be dead. If their attacker leaves the area or several moments have passed with no activity, they will slowly lift their head and scan the area. If they are not attacked at this point, the rappy will then sit up and attempt to flee the scene as fast as possible. If the hunter strikes them once more before they flee, they will drop another item before burrowing in the ground to safety.
