Map of Oputa
Oputa is the second city reached in Phantasy Star 2. It lies beyond the North Bridge and is the nearest city to the Biosystems Lab. It is home to Ustvestia, the famous musician. Amy will join the party after Oputa has been visited.
Oputa is a rather large and mostly North-South oriented city.
