Othel (Japanese: オセル) is a mag that appears exclusively in Phantasy Star Zero. It is the third form a mag can evolve into upon reaching level 30 and satisfying its evolution criteria. In order to obtain this mag, the Power stat must be greater than all other stats.
Othel will generate the Pacifal Photon Blast, an angelic monster that unleashes a powerful attack on all enemies surrounding the blast initiator.
Appearance[]
Othel appears to be the advanced form of Yul. It inherits the same base design, however, it has now grown two bat-like wings and small feet. What was once an emotionless stare seems to have now turned into a more intimidating frown.
