Myau casting rafroze
Rafroze (Japanese: ラフローゼ) is an intermediate damage technique that is exclusive to the PlayStation 2 remake of the original Phantasy Star, Phantasy Star Generation 1.
Although its basic form attacks a single target, rafroze damages every enemy on the screen with powerful ice damage. It is particularly potent against many of the fire elemental monsters in the game, including the fly monsters residing on the surface of Dezoris. Myau is the only playable character in the game that is able to use the technique, learning it at level 36. Although rafroze shares many similarities with the Phantasy Star Online ice technique rabarta, the latter is a short-ranged attack that only injures enemies surrounding the player character while the former is capable of attacking enemies from a distance.
